The 2.5" Butcher Block Stair Tread is constructed from solid hardwood strips laminated edge-to-edge, revealing a tight, linear grain pattern across the full walking surface. This construction is structurally rigid and exceptionally stable underfoot, with a 1/8" roundover on every edge completing the refined look.

The 2.5" profile is the most versatile butcher block tread thickness — substantial enough to feel premium underfoot, while keeping the staircase's proportions clean and contemporary.

Select your wood species from the dropdown. Each species has its own grain character, tonal range, and finish behavior — from the dramatic color variation of Hickory to the fine, consistent surface of Hard Maple, the classic warmth of Red Oak, or the defining neutrality of White Oak. Paint Grade and Poplar options are available for painted finishes. All species are available unfinished or pre-finished.
