Angle End Post, Signature Slim Rod Railing, Universal Top

The Signature Slim Rod Railing, Surface Mount, Universal Top Angle Tension Post “B” is the start and end post for angled stair runs. Drilled with 1/2″ holes on one side and 5/16″ offset holes on the other to match the pitch of the stair, it uses Angle Tension Kits to anchor and tension each rod run. Available drill angles: 25°, 30°, 35°, 37° (standard), or 40°. Because rod has very little flex, we’ll need to confirm the precise angle of your stair with you before drilling — contact Viewrail to get started. Kits needed: 36″ – 10 kits, 39″ – 11 kits, 42″ – 12 kits.

Available in structural aluminum, 304 Stainless Steel, or high-corrosion-resistance 2205 Stainless Steel. All posts are finished in a durable, outdoor-rated powder coat. Stainless models are also available in a brushed finish. Standard colors include Textured Black, White, and Silver. Premium powder coat options are available for larger projects or custom color needs.

The Universal Top cap fits both flat and angled handrail, providing a uniform look across level and stair sections. Available in 36″, 39″, and 42″ heights. All posts are made in America.
